Fastest way to Flatten Your Belly
I know most of us thinking how to Flatten our belly without spending so much time in gym and no need to lessen our meal and those mom's who are also no enough time to do exercise but wanted to get their shape back and so, I made an experiment for myself where it can help to flatten my tummy and guess what it works for me and I see the result in just 1 week.

1. Get More Sleep
Sleep is necessary for overall health. Base on research, sleep deprivation affects the hormones that regulate a person's appetite and can make them feel hungrier. Increasing and improving sleep quality could help people to lose weight.
Tips:
* Keep your gadgets out of your bed.
* Go to bed 30-60 minutes earlier than
usual.
* Avoid caffeine before going to bed.
2. Reduce Stress
Stress has several health issues. These issues include gaining weight, because some people are prone to eat when they are stressed due to releasing cortisol which a stress hormone that boost your appetite.

* positive attitude.
* eat healthy - well balanced meal.
* take a time out.
3. Consume food with probiotics.
Consuming foods that contain probiotics can help you to reduce bloated belly. Probiotics reduces bacterial gut diversity and obesity such as Lactobacillus strains that may help people to lose weight or body fat.
4. Avoid Alcoholic beverages
High calorie drink actually contributes to weight gain. Too much alcohol consumption also associated with reduced testosterone levels which accumulate of excess weight in abdominal area.
5. Reducing Salt Intake
It need to be understand that sodium does not make your body gain fat. It causes bloating and water retention. Cutting back on salty food in the evening helps in quick weight-loss results.
